This Month's Pineapple Recipe:
December 2009 : Sauteed Pineapple Slices
Drain canned pineapple slices and pat dry with paper towels. In skillet over medium-high heat, in a little hot butter or margarine, fry slices until golden, turning once with pancake turner. Serve with ham, poultry or fish, main-dish salads, or casseroles.
