Our Environmental Policy
Victor Graphics has been strongly committed to responsible environmental business practices since our founding in 1983.
We continuously strive to maintain our high level of commitment to our environment and our customers by providing only paper products from FSC and SFI certified paper mills which ensures that all paper used to print books originate
from well-managed forests.
Frank Parsons, Victor’s main paper supplier, is both FSC (Certification Code: SW-COC-1055) and SFI (Certifications: PwC-FSICOC-271 / PwC-PEFC-271) certified. Additionally, the
packaging materials from Weyerhaeuser that are used during production are also SFI certified.
For 25 years Victor Graphics has had an internal program in place where 80-90% of all production waste including ink, paper,
metal, computer hardware, and office supplies have been recycled. Our environmental practices and experience allow us to
produce books more efficiently and safer for the environment at a time when being "green" is what our customers expect.
Victor Graphics is in the process of obtaining both FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative) chain-of-custody certifications and expect to have these in place before the end of 2008.

And beyond Victor Graphic's environmental "business" practices, our Principal Owner and Chairman, Tom H. Hicks, encourages all employees to follow his lead in driving low emission hybrid vehicles.
