John has been with Victor Graphics since 1992, starting in customer service before moving into sales. His time in customer service provided him with manufacturing experience that's been valuable in helping John consult his customers. For the past 16 years He has worked with hundreds of publishers, associations, colleges and health care companies from New York to Florida. John lives in suburban Baltimore with his wife Debbie (who began her career at Victor) and their two young children.

Trudy Mullendore

Trudy is the newest member of the Victor Graphics family. She has been in print sales for 12 years. Prior to joining Victor, she worked for Cadmus Communications and Phoenix Color Corp where she worked exclusively in the Mid Atlantic territory. Trudy has two children (boxer pups), Lily and Sierra, that she is constantly talking about. She enjoys taking them on hiking and swimming in the summer and is currently learning the art of growing grass as they have destroyed her small urban yard. Currently she is also taking a pottery class at the Baltimore Potters Guild and is hoping to create her own custom set of dishes for stomping on or throwing; she hasn't quite decided what exactly she will use them for.

Wayne Penley

Wayne is one of the original 11 founding employees of Victor Graphics. He began his career in printing at the age of 17 and has been selling for Victor Graphics for 23 years. His customers include trade associations, both small and large publishers and colleges in the Mid Atlantic area. Wayne has six children - four boys and two girls - and is very active in numerous fraternal organizations. He is also a renowned bagpipe player.
