John started his career at Victor Graphics as a customer service rep when he was 23 years old. His time in customer service provided him with manufacturing experience that's been very valuable in helping consult many of his customers. For 16 years John has worked with hundreds of publishers, associations, colleges, health care providers, and commercial printers throughout the eastern United States and the United Kingdom. John lives in suburban Baltimore with his wife Debbie (who began her career at Victor) and their two young children.

Greg recently rejoined Victors Sales Team after working with a national digital book printer. Greg's strong sales background are as a result of over 15 years with Victor Graphics where he was also the Estimating Manager, Customer Service Manager and Marketing Manager. Prior to his involvement in print sales, Greg was a sales executive for a paper manufacturer, where Victor was one of his biggest clients. Greg's hobbies include motorcycles, birding, gardening and spending time with his two grandchildren. Welcome back Greg. It's wonderful to have you back home again.

Bob Deal

Robert A. Deal is the newest addition to the Victor Sales Team. As an account executive in book manufacturing for over a quarter of a century, Bob has built a solid reputation as a knowledgeable problem Solver. Working side by side with many of the nation's key publishers, associations and businesses, he has gained an extensive understanding of their needs and goals, information he uses to assist all of his clients. Staying abreast with the latest technologies and applications can be a challenge for any company. Let Bob, with his background in this industry, provide you with the innovative thinking and expertise you deserve. Bob enjoys playing tennis and lives in Lancaster with his wife Vicki, their two daughters and three dogs.

Kim recently joined Victors Sales Team after working five years in commercial print. Kim is a Maryland native and her hobbies include basketball, traveling, and spending time with her family.
