VICTOR GRAPHICS EXPANDS THEIR DIGITAL BOOK PRINTING DIVISION

Baltimore, MD Victor Graphics, a book manufacturing company, recently purchased a Xerox DocuColor 3535 Printer/Copier for printing four color covers and inserts. This addition to the Digital Book Printing Division will significantly expand the company's digital book printing capabilities.
Xerox's DocuColor 3535 is ideal for fast, short-run black-and-white text solutions with a four color cover. This addition allows for faster turn around's, greater efficiency, and a reduction in waste. The color quality is 600 x 800 x 8 bit depth colors and uses Emulsion Aggregation Toner allowing for a uniform finish.
A speed of 17 covers per minute allows Victor Graphics to offer their customers better digital print quality, as well as faster turnaround times. In addition, the maximum sheet size of 12 x 19 and maximum image area of 11.89 x 18.7 allows for a wider variety of trim sizes.
The DocuColor 3535 will run in conjunction with the Xerox DocuTech 120 currently in use. The additional purchase of a new BQ-270 Standard Horizon Perfect Binder will bind short-run digital print jobs. To complement ,a new small-format film laminator has been installed.
