VICTOR GRAPHICS ANNOUNCES ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES

Victor Graphics, Inc. recently announced the promotion of Randy Mitzelfelt to Director of Operations. Mr. Mitzelfelt, a 25-year book manufacturing veteran, joined Victor in 2005 as Customer Service and Planning Manager. He began his career with R.R. Donnelley and previously held management positions with Maple-Vail and Von Hoffman. With this promotion Reese Hicks, President of Victor Graphics, will transition away from day-to-day operations and lead the company as a second generation family owner.

Additionally, Victor Graphics announced the promotion of John E. Beall to Director of Sales. Mr. Beall is responsible for sales, marketing, and customer service after 17 years in Mid Atlantic sales. As a result of this change, Victor Graphics has aligned the sales and customer service departments to better service the company’s 300-plus customers across the United States. With the promotion of John Beall, Thomas V. Hicks will now focus on national corporate and educational sales from his New York City office.
