VICTOR GRAPHICS TO IMPLEMENT SHIPPING SOLUTION

Victor Graphics recently purchased SmartLinc SmartShip application as an integrated shipping solution to centralize shipping / distribution operations and provide integrated real-time shipping information between Victor Graphics and their customers.

SmartLinc is a Windows-based software system that is designed to interface with Victor's host business system. SmartLinc provides the most compliant multi-carrier shipping system available today. In addition SmartLinc provides rate shopping, and real time shipping / tracking / delivery information with E-mail notifications and E-Track.

SmartLinc incorporates all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Airborne, USPS, LTL's, and company vehicle couriers) producing multi-carrier compliant shipping labels, customer specific labels, packing lists, pallet labels, bills of lading, SEDs and certificates of origin. This solution provides Victor Graphics with a comprehensive centralized shipping solution.

The rate shopping feature will provide Victor's Estimating Department with the tools to shop between unlimited LTL's and non LTL's as well as UPS hundredweight service in order to provide the lowest pricing available to their customers.

Victor Graphics customer service representatives are now able to provide instant tracking through E-Track which goes to the carriers websites and reports on the status of each package. In addition customer service will be able to provide an automatic E-mail notification of shipping information to customers with tracking numbers.
